Good to Know

Every piece is made to order in small batches, so shipping timelines run a little differently to off-the-shelf retail.

Current stock is expected to arrive and start shipping November 2026. We'll email you as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery is via courier within South Africa, typically 2–5 business days once an order has dispatched.
Add 3 or more items to a Build Your Fit order and shipping is free.

We want every piece to earn its place in your daily life. If it doesn't, we'll make it right.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in good, resalable condition with tags attached and in its original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, boxers must be unworn and unwashed to qualify for a return.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
Sale items and pre-order deposits are treated separately. See Cancellations below.

Because our early runs are made in small, considered batches, cancellation terms differ slightly for pre-orders versus in-stock items.

In-stock orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch.
Pre-orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before production begins for a full refund. Once production has started, cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis.
We'll always email you before charging or shipping anything, so there are no surprises.

Product photography reflects our best representation of the item; small variations in colour and texture are natural in small-batch production.
Pre-order timelines are estimates. We'll keep you updated by email if a date shifts.
Pricing is listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and may change between a pre-order signal and final checkout. We'll always confirm price before any payment is taken.

Good materials are part of what "intention" means to us.

Our tracksuits use high-quality raw materials with eco-friendly certifications, finished with a matte waterproof coating and excellent colour fastness, so the piece looks and performs the same after many wears.
We use genuine YKK zippers throughout, chosen for their durability and smooth, long-lasting action.
We produce in small batches to reduce overproduction and excess stock. Our pre-order model exists partly for this reason.
We're early in this journey and will keep sharing more detail on sourcing and certifications as our supply chain matures.

When will my order arrive? Stock is expected November 2026. We'll email you as soon as it's ready to ship.
Do I pay now? No. Pre-ordering only reserves your spot. We'll confirm price and collect payment before anything ships.
What size are the caps? One size, with an adjustable back strap that fits most head sizes.
What sizes do tops, tracksuits and boxers come in? S–XL. Socks come in 6–8 and 8–12.
